OBESITY ;

– It can also be the cause of many diseases such as other heart diseases.

OBESITY ; It is evaluated by BMI (BMI) (Body Mass Index).

It is calculated with the formula BMI = Weight (kg) / Height (m) * 2. BMI

Normal 18 – 24.9
Overweight 25 – 29.9
Obese (obese) 30 – 39.9

Extremely Obese > 40Obesity is especially high in women between the ages of 40 and 70 in our country and is found in approximately one third of them. About one-fifth of men are obese. Those with a Body Mass Index over 30 are OBES. In obesity, hereditary factors are effective around 25%. Obesity is not just an aesthetic problem. It paves the way for many diseases.

Some diseases that cause obesity;

– Slow functioning of the thyroid gland,
– Ovarian cyst in women,
- Growth hormone deficiency
– As the adrenal gland may be overworked, the real reason is inactivity and OVER-IRREGULAR NUTRITION.

My suggestions;

1-) Check-up in full scope and under the control of a Specialist Doctor
2-) Determining the fat ratio, muscle mass and fluid ratios in the body, together with the Body Mass Index.
3-) DIET, Personalized diet programs and healthy eating habits and ensuring that this is permanent with a lifestyle change.
4-) EXERCISE, Carrying out personalized exercise programs (brisk walking, etc.)
5-) Drinking plenty of fluids (at least 2 lt 9 per day, eating low-calorie meals in low portions, plenty of vegetables and fruits should be taken, and information about the calories of foods should be obtained.
